EASTER EGG TRIFLE

This is a nice alternative to the traditional trifle - Stunning for Easter!

Ingredients

1 large swiss roll / 6 minis
410gr  tin fruit of your choice
4 -6 marshmallow Easter eggs cut (I use a scissors) into bite size pieces
250ml thick custard
125ml whipped cream
Mini choc eggs to decorate

Method

Slice swiss rolls and layer in glass dish.  Put a layer of fruit, custard and chopped easter eggs.  Alternate swiss roll, fruit etc.
Lastly pour your whipped cream over and decorate with mini choccie eggs.
