Hot Choc Fudge Sauce

Serve with caramelised fruit, baked or steamed puddings, or ice cream!!!

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter
1 bar unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

METHOD


Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan. Add boiling water. Bring mixture to boil. Add sugar and corn syrup. Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir.
