The inside out, all weather venue
Set in the spacious Chartwell west (Farmall) countryside only 10 minutes from Fourways mall, with a most incredible view.
Children's Parties & Family functions
Venue hire: R1350 for 3hr party. 9:30 to 12:30 or 2 to5pm for 35 kids and 45 adults. R10 extra per person over 35/45. A full day rate is available for 10am to 5pm from R2700. Bigger corporate functions from 3300 for the day. Week days R1100 per party session full day R2500
What the venue hire includes
Spacious 160m2 under thatched roof overlooking the garden
Kitchen with fridge & microwave. Toilets Facilities including change table
Seating and tables for 40 adults. 4 Tables only for children
Tea, coffee, cups, milk, sugar etc, side plates and cake forks, drinking glasses for adult’s
Juice and cups for children. A staff member on duty.
In The large 1500m2 Garden
A secret forest with a Wendy house and adventure jungle gym. A duck pond, with ducks, chickens and bunnies. Merry-go-round, sandpit, bike track, 5 bikes, 2 trampolines and 3 swings.
Metal jungle gym, soccer post and netball hoop. A low jungle gym for toddlers.

Please place your extra’s order no later than 10 days before party day in order for me to give you what you want. A signed copy of the quote and 50 % deposit on the order is required before any preparations will be done and no later than 7 days before party day.

Please read! Rules of the venue: This is a children’s party venue
1. A signed copy of the quote for extras and 50 % deposit on the order is required before any preparations will be done, this is required no later than 7 days before party days.
2. No Music, we have a little system for children’s party games and background music
3. The party times must be stuck to 100% there is no over time.
4. We are not licensed and this is a children’s Party venue we request very little or no alcohol.
5. If you are doing your own catering/entertainment or anything else, there must be a written itinerary of what will be brought onto the property and how the function will be run.
6. The total amount of the party is due before the party day, proof of payment or cash must be email sms or brought on the party day or there is no party.
