CHICKEN NUGGETS - This is a healthy chicken nugget recipe. Chicken nuggets are usually made with reconstituted meat which is then fried. These nuggets are made from chicken and are baked. Serve these healthy nuggets with cherry tomatoes and potato wedges.  


4 skinless breasts sliced into 4 strips each


200g instant polenta four
210ml water
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp onion salt
4 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)


Preheat oven to 200 C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper so the batter does not stick to the tray.
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Drop the pieces of chicken into the batter one by one and turn over to coat evenly.
Place on the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
