Sweet crackers or square biscuits
jelly bean or jelly babies for the beak
1. Cut a marshmellow in half and place both pieces on a large square cracker next to each other
Pop this in the microwave for a second or 2 to puff up the marshmellows.
When they are cool place a dollop of yellow icing (you can also use custard) in the centre of each marshmellow.
Top with a choc chip and use a jelly bean for the beak.
